Increase Your Odds With Online Roulette
Today I’m going to be speaking about ways you can increase your odds when you play online roulette. An effective way to increase your odds is to cover a large section of the board with your chips which result in more wins than losses.
Covering large sections of the board is great if you’re using a hit and run strategy. With a hit and run strategy you play at multiple online casinos and win a small amount at each one before moving onto the next.
The most common form of online roulette is European roulette which has 37 numbers. An easy way to cover the majority of the table is to bet on thirty five numbers on each spin. This will give you a one unit profit each time the ball lands on one of your numbers.
Obviously because you’re betting on 35 of the 37 numbers you have a very good chance of winning. The downside to this system is that you lose 35 units if it lands on either of the numbers you haven’t bet on.
Another way of covering a large section of the board is to bet 2 units on the 1-18 bet and 3 units on the third dozen bet. This means you only have to bet 5 units per spin but you make one unit on numbers 1-18 and you get a four unit profit if the ball lands on third dozen. When the ball lands on any of the seven numbers not covered you lose 5 units.
Short term results can usually be seen with this system because of the profit to be made on the third dozen and the fact that you can only lose money on seven numbers. However there’s no combination of bets that can overcome the house edge over the long term and it always catches up when you play for too long or get greedy.
If you use the above system and apply a disciplined progression after a loss you can do well over the long term providing lady luck’s on your side. There are several other ways of covering a lot of the board but you end up betting on parts of the table twice so you’re actually lowering your odds rather than increasing them.
