High Rankings on Google, Get In The Top Two Pages And Sell Products Or Services
Off page optimization will lead to high rankings in the search engines. When I have my articles on my website this is how I go about ranking high in the search engines. You have SEO then you have traffic. Take a look at those two terms. When I think of traffic, I usually get involved with social media. A lot of the social media website will drive traffic to your website by not using any SEO terms.
This is what I learned from these podcast interviews. I posted in link directories in the past, but I don’t do that much anymore. I’ll stick with the most popular ones, and then I’ll just hope that I get traffic from them. I thought the directories would have a good impact on my traffic but it hasn’t. So if you’re doing the directory route, go for the ones that gear towards a niche.
I have software that finds high PR websites and approach my link building by using that tool. I take a look at the competition and I see where their links are coming from and I’ll try and do the same exact thing.
When it comes to keywords I’ll take a look at my list and see which ones I’m going after from the competition point of view. Then I’ll say, is it worth my time and effort that it’s going to cost me to rank well for them. I look at the whole structure of my website and determine through testing if that’s the keyword that will work best for me. If you have a set system in place, you are bound to be successful.
When you start to drive traffic to a website you have to go for the lower ranking keywords first. It all helps in the end because it builds up momentum.
I copy what the competition is doing. They have software out there now that will help you with this task. You can find out who is linking to your competition and do the exact same thing. Sometimes people hang out with certain people and form joint ventures with them. I’ll try and do the same thing with these people as well.
I’ve seen the competition setting up a bunch of web sites that help their ranking. They use some sort of Web 2.0 properties to rank higher. Now you can see how much work you will be in for to out rank them. When my research is done, I’ll see that I’ll need x amount of links to gain their top stop and go after it.
I prefer article marketing. I don’t submit my articles to all of the article directories. I’ll just pick the top ones and work with those. Articles are easy and fun and they help you out with your high rankings.
